FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Bingo at hoki99

Answers to the most frequently asked questions from new and seasoned bingo players.

Yes, completely. The hoki99 bingo system uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent international body. This means every number drawn is truly random with no outside influence. Audit results are available to players who request them through customer support.

Depending on the room you choose, players may buy between 1 and 30 cards at a time per round. The Green Room is limited to 5 free cards per round, while paid rooms allow up to 30 cards. Buying more cards improves your chances of winning, but always stay within a budget you're comfortable with.

The progressive jackpot in the Pink Room is built from a small portion of every card purchase made in that room. Each time a player buys a card, a small percentage of its value is added to the jackpot pool. The jackpot is won by the first player to complete a Full House — all 24 numbers marked in the fewest numbers drawn.

Absolutely. The hoki99 bingo platform is fully optimized for mobile — whether on Android or iOS. Bingo cards display clearly and responsively across all screen sizes. The auto-daub feature ensures you never miss a number, even on a small screen. You can access it via your mobile browser or download the hoki99 app from the official website.

75-ball Bingo uses a 5×5 card with numbers from 1 to 75 and focuses on various winning patterns such as lines, letters, and geometric shapes. It is more popular in North America. 90-ball Bingo uses a 9×3 card with numbers from 1 to 90 and has three winning tiers — one line, two lines, and a full house. It is more popular in Britain and Malaysia. Hoki99 offers both formats across different rooms.

Bingo winnings are instantly credited to your hoki99 wallet as soon as the round ends. To withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet, processing typically takes between 15 minutes and one hour. Withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are the fastest. Make sure your account has completed identity verification (KYC) to avoid any delays.

Yes. hoki99 is an online entertainment platform open only to adults aged 18 and above. All new registrants are required to complete an age check as part of the identity verification (KYC) process. This is a responsible gaming measure that hoki99 takes seriously to ensure the platform remains safe and appropriate for all adult users.
